Real projects, real results — from AI agents to Web3 games to full-stack platforms
Built an entire NFT ecosystem for one of the largest Web3 communities
Problem
Shiba Inu needed a full Web3 gaming infrastructure — NFTs, tournaments, and reward systems — for their ecosystem serving millions of users.
Approach
Designed and deployed ERC-721 and ERC-1155 smart contracts on Shibarium, built gas-optimized tournament contracts with escrow mechanics, created backend APIs in Golang on AWS Lambda, and implemented SubSquids for transaction indexing.
Results
- ›Launched the Shiba Eternity Official Card Collection NFT system
- ›Built on-chain tournament systems with anti-cheat and fraud detection
- ›Implemented rewarded tournaments with dynamic rank-based payouts
- ›Pull-over-push payout mechanisms preventing reentrancy attacks
Founded and shipped a real-time multiplayer Web3 game from scratch
Problem
Wanted to create a competitive multiplayer game with real-time gameplay and blockchain rewards, requiring both fast game servers and Web3 integration.
Approach
Built the game in Unity with a Golang backend on AWS Lambda for low-latency multiplayer. Integrated Solidity smart contracts for player wallets, tournament entry, and prize distribution in ETH and MATIC.
Results
- ›Founded Mithya Games and built Gol Turn end-to-end
- ›Real-time multiplayer with secure REST and WebSocket APIs
- ›Players can join contests and win prizes in ETH and MATIC
- ›Automated CI/CD pipelines for Android and iOS deployment
Integrating AI coding agents into daily development workflow
Problem
Needed to accelerate development throughput by integrating AI agents into the software engineering workflow — code generation, review, refactoring, and automation.
Approach
Built multi-agent systems using Claude, Gemini, and open-source models. Orchestrated workflows with LangChain and Google ADK. Set up custom model inference pipelines with Ollama and TorchServe.
Results
- ›Custom coding agents handling code generation and review autonomously
- ›Multi-agent orchestration for complex development tasks
- ›Fine-tuned small models for domain-specific tasks
- ›Production inference APIs serving model predictions
Built immersive 3D retail spaces and AR try-on experiences
Problem
Emperia needed a platform (Artemis) for creating virtual retail spaces, plus AR capabilities for mobile try-on experiences.
Approach
Built Artemis in Unity with Zenject DI, optimizing 3D space loading. Created an AR app for iOS with environment tracking, object placement, and a clothing try-on feature. Prototyped Vision OS experiences.
Results
- ›Shipped Artemis virtual spaces platform
- ›AR try-on experience for clothing on iPhone/iPad
- ›360° video feature using OpenCV and ML for background cleanup
- ›Cross-platform deployment pipelines for Windows, macOS, iOS
Built and maintained 60+ learning games for kids
Problem
Learning Yogi needed a scalable educational game platform supporting 60+ learning games with dynamic content delivery to millions of kids globally.
Approach
Built an Addressables system and curriculum system to support 60+ games. Created procedural content generation, a speech recognition game using Google STT, and an Art App with 50+ activities. Implemented CI/CD pipelines.
Results
- ›60+ learning games on a unified platform
- ›Addressables system for dynamic content delivery
- ›Speech recognition game using Google Speech-to-Text
- ›Art App with 50+ creative activities
- ›Continuous release process spanning 5+ years
